We needed a mobility scooter and Mobility Plus came highly rated by my brother in law. The owner, Tim, conducted the transaction over the phone, and his technician John explained all the features of the scooter and assisted us in loading it up. When I called Mobility Plus, it unfortunately was on a Saturday just before noon. It had been a really busy week getting my older parents in law moved in to my property while myself working 50+ hours that week at my job, and I hadn't had the opportunity to call 8-5 M-F. I needed a wheelchair ramp installed so I called several companies and got the same voice mail response. The first surprise with Mobility Plus came when my phone call was answered by a real person, instead of some voice mail device making an empty promise of a return call...someday. The other surprise was that the person I was speaking with was the owner, and on a Saturday! Being a small business owner myself I knew that these were the marks of a business owner who is committed to serving their clients' needs- even if the need wasn't within that cozy  8-5, M-F box. Tim the owner went over and above during the entire project as did his installer. Both gentlemen were prompt, professional, and they listened to and addressed my concerns. I called Mobility Plus in Jacksonville a couple months ago and after speaking with Tim I knew I came to the right place this man truly cares about his customers. He has been in the health industry for many years and understands how difficult it is to be physically disabled and it really comes through when you work with him. My Lexus is a little small and my scooter was a kind of big, so Tim recommended a smart lift. After using it and getting used to it I am extremely happy with the results.
